Hi. I am looking for any information about this glass boat. I have seen a blue Murano boat but not a red one.

The two different lights one clear glass and the other gold sprinkled, are said to be Murano hand crafted Venetian Glass.

I recently purchased this lovely dessert set. I believe it is Murano. The glass is amber coloured. It is heavily encrusted with gold and has detailed bouquets of flowers applied.

Can you tell me anything about their origin and possible value?

I would like to know if this is an authentic Murano piece. It is a Marlion/Sailfish riding a wave. It is clear glass with burgundy along the fish's back (top to bottom). The piece measures approx. 13.5" high and the base is 5" x 4.5". It has the word "Murano" etched in cursive in the bottom of the base along with "B Pado Jau"

Is this Murano?

Piece is 36" (91.5 cm) long from top of ceiling base to center ball crystal. It is 32" (81.28 cm) diameter. There are 11 concentric circles of hanging prisms from outer edge to center ball crystal. There are 10 support rods (spokes) running from center hub to outside brass rectangle frame. To each of those rods, there is 1 light socket pointing in a downward slant at the outer rim and another circle of lights closer to the center of the hub which point straight out to the rim. Total of 20 lights. There are 5 large 'Sunflowers made of brass frame with 1 crystal in each petal, and 5 groups of 3 brass Roses circling the brass rectangle frame. The rectangle frame as 1 large crystal hanging in center of each rectangle.

I recently purchased this set from a second hand store, mostly because I've always liked Cobalt blue. I especially like the way the floral design pops against the color. In researching the history of these I found references to Murano, and that these may be hand blown from the 50's. Then I found your site and this form. I'm wondering if there is any information you could give that pertains to the history, the maker and value of the set. Thank you in advance.

I would like to know the value of the Murano chandelier and more information about its history.

I inherited a murano chandelier bought in 1985 in Italy for $330 (see attached receipt) and was wondering what the approximate value of it is. It is in great condition with no broken pieces and works perfectly. I've been told it's 32% lead which is very good quality.

Please help me with the make or model of this? It is authentic, I am cleaning out a huge apartment complex in Beverly Hills in order to renovate.

Hello, I have a glass lamp that might have been made in Murano, Italy. A family friend gave this lamp and 5 other glass lamps. My friend claims the lamp was made in Murano, and that it is from the 1940s or 1950s. We did find the original Certificate of Authenticity, copy attached, but were not able to find a receipt. I am looking if I need to list the item as a seperate piece on my insurance.
