I recently Inherited from my mother a most beautiful piece. It was one of her favourites and she talked about it very often. We did find the original Certificate of Authenticity, copy attached, but were not able to find a receipt. I am looking if I need to list the item as a seperate piece on my insurance. Would you please be able tp provide an indicative valuation.

The picture shows Saint George slaying the Dragon, it is 32 cm wide and 46 cm tall mounted on a red felt in a frame 53 cm wide and 67 cm tall. My parents bought the picture on a trip to Venice in Spring 95, whilst they lived in Milan for a few years. I also found some literature suggesting the artist was Vetraio Bruber.
I hope this with the attached photographs enables you to provide me a guide.

OMG Team Answer:

very nice artwork, made in gold 24 carats in fusing glass. It is for sure made in Venice, and it rappresent our Saint Giorgio, very important for Venice history.

the value for it is difficoult to say but not less then 3000-4000 euro. it is a piece of art.
