Beautiful mid-size ashtray from 60’s Italy style. The colorless glass was blown together with the grey glass (sommerso).

The bubbles start small near the base and get slightly larger and they spiral upward. The artist went as far as decorating the inside layers with gold leaf , making each piece even more valuable and unique.

This technique gives not only a sense of depth to the whole object, but also an incomparable decorative effect, famous for its originality. Offers hand-formed deep cradle rests for cigars and smaller smokes, and slanted side lobes for pipe resting. Beautiful…looks like jewel.

The ashtray features the etched signature of the master, and is accompanied by the certificate of authenticity.
