My husband's parents grew up in a small village in Yugoslavia. They immigrated to the United States in late 1950's. During a return visit in early 80s (we believe), they were in Italy (Venice area) and purchased this amazing piece. They said it was a Murano chandelier.

OMG Team Answer:

this is not a Murano glass chandelier, but it is probably a French chandelier or a East europe such as Swarosky one.
